Shipping policy

Scytale aims to process and deliver customer orders as efficiently as possible.

1. Standard Delivery

For products that are in stock and available for dispatch, Scytale's standard delivery period is approximately 3–5 business days from confirmation of the order and successful receipt of payment.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the customer's location, courier availability, public holidays, weather, and other circumstances outside Scytale's reasonable control.

2. Special-Order and Out-of-Stock Products

Products that are specially ordered, imported, manufactured to specification, or temporarily out of stock may require additional time.

Scytale will provide the customer with an estimated delivery timeframe where reasonably possible.

3. Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information when placing an order. Delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information may affect the estimated delivery period.
